What Will My Shipping Cost?
Shipping charges will be based on the weight and size of your package. We usually ship most orders within 1 to 2 working days. However, it can take a little longer during peak holiday or rush seasons. We pride ourselves in quick and efficient service and strive to put a RUSH on each and every order. We ship UPS, FedEx or USPS. For info on shipping drop ship orders please visit our Drop Ship FAQ page. 

Need Your Order Super Quick?
You can choose Rush Shipping to get your order processed quickly. Orders must be placed by 12 noon EST Monday through Friday to leave our warehouse on the same day the order is placed.* The Rush shipping option is available for an extra $8.75 in the contiguous United States. Orders must include a street address and items shipped are limited to supplies in stock at the time the order is placed. Orders placed after 12 noon EST with the Rush shipping option will not ship until the next business day. Rush orders will not be shipped on weekends, holidays or days when our warehouse is closed. Amazon orders are not eligible for the rush option at this time.

*CWI makes every attempt to ship all Rush orders placed on the expected ship date. In some cases, larger orders (generally speaking, orders over $1,500 or pallet shipments) may not be able to be shipped the same day. In this case, they will ship the following day.

Check Your Address!
There will be an $11 fee charged for orders with incorrect shipping information. UPS charges this fee when a shipment cannot be delivered to the specified address.

Shipping Outside the 48 Contiguous States
All orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged actual shipping and will ship via USPS.
Canadian and all other international destinations will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on which offers the best rate.

Orders Shipped to Amazon Fulfillment Centers
*We are currently not accepting any new Amazon Fulfillment Customers*. Customers requesting their order to be shipped to Amazon Fulfillment Centers will be subject to a 10% shipping and handling fee in addition to the regular shipping costs. Amazon orders are not eligible for our 5% discount and Rush options. We do not refund chargebacks for Amazon orders. Cancellations of Amazon Fulfillment orders will result in a 20% restocking fee.
